Girona-Costa Brava Airport

Rutes 2024

During the 2024 summer season, the Girona-Costa Brava Airport will programme about 50 routes to 14 countries.

The summer season was launched at the end of March at the Girona-Costa Brava Airport, programming about 50 routes that will connect the province of Girona with 14 countries, two more than in 2023. The international routes flying to Girona are operated by Ryanair, Transavia, Jet2 and Smartwings.

Ryanair is programming 36 connections with 13 European countries ―Germany, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Netherlands, Poland, the United Kingdom and the Czech Republic― and Morocco. This summer, Ryanair is offering seven new routes from Girona-Costa Brava Airport: Aalborg (Denmark), Bari (Italy), Beni-Mellal (Morocco), Maastricht (Netherlands), Paderborn (Germany), Pardubice (Czech Republic) and Zagreb (Croatia).

In addition, the British company Jet2 provides connections to 8 cities in the United Kingdom and, from April onwards, the Dutch company Transavia will connect the airport to the cities of Amsterdam and Rotterdam. Lastly, at the end of May, the Czech company Smartwings will offer flights from Girona to Prague and Warsaw.

The Girona-Costa Brava Airport handled over one and half million users (1,586,463) during the 2023 season, with further growth expected this season.

The Airport’s Tourist Office, operated jointly by the Costa Brava Girona Tourist Board and the Government of Catalonia, remained open during the winter months and will continue to attend to the airport’s passengers and users.
